We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend inspecting your product immediately upon arrival.
Eligibility for Returns

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and prioritize a resolution, such as a replacement or repair.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The most efficient way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
